Our servers live in Centersquare Data Centers. Centersquare is a Leading Data Center and Colocation Services Provider. Our hosting provider a well-established, independent web hosting provider founded in 2001, known for high-quality service and exceptional customer support. How Billing Works

Once we are at a point when you’re ready to take your kick-awesome new site live, we will set up a hosting account for you on our servers. At that point, you will receive an invoice for your hosting package (billed annually) with a Stripe payment link.

We use Stripe as our invoicing system, so you’ll be required to pay for each hosting account by credit card.

Stripe will automatically renew your annual subscription, you will receive an automated reminder seven days before renewal date. Renewals will continue until you cancel your account, and as always, we are here to assist if you have questions or concerns.

FAQs

What happens if my credit card expires, will my site go down?
Stripe will send you a notice 1 month before your card on file will expire as a reminder to go in an update your information.

Stripe will attempt to charge your card on renewal date (it will make multiple attempts). If it still fails, you will be notified that your hosting account is in danger of being cancelled. Please don’t let it cancel — it’s a pain in our backside. We know life happens, but if a payment failure remains unresolved for 15 days, your hosting account WILL expire.

When will I be billed for hosting?

Who do I contact when my site seems to have an issue?
You probably already know this, but so it’s abundantly clear, your contact US! If we cannot resolve it ourselves, our provider has an advanced ticketing and helpdesk system (with real people behind it). They are fantastic and quick.
