by the specific audience who is actively seeking the products or services that you offer (I mean, why let the competition have all the fun).
Search engine optimization (or “ess-ee-oh” for short) is a term you see everywhere these days and it tends to be somewhat nebulous in it’s meaning, but in general refers to the marketing practice of growing your visibility in search results (the non-paid kind referred to as “organic”).
It’s It’s Job!
A search engines primary responsibility is to provide the searcher the MOST RELEVANT results
based on the key words (and phrases) they are using to search for something.
By far, most of searching the internet is done through the use of one of three browsers, Google, Yahoo and Bing (Google owning around 80% of that search space). Bottomline, Google’s the one you care most about.
